A RESEARCH ON NARRATIONS OF SAHIHAIN THAT NARRATED FROM IMAM MALIK WHICH IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE COPIES OF PRINTED MUVATTA

Muwa？？a of Imām Mālik and narrations of him outside Muwa？？a is one of the important sources of the al-Jāmi？ as-？a？ī？’s Bukhārī and Muslim. Bukhārī narrated 416 narrations from Mālik without repeating and Muslim 352 narrated. Bukhārī's 29 and Muslim's 19 narration is not included in printed copies of Muwa？？a. 8 of these narrations are muttafakun alayh. 21 of them are only narrated by Bukhārī and 12 of them are only narrated by Muslim. In this article, it was attempted to determine whether these narrations were found in Muvatta copies which could not be reached today and whether these narrations were narrated by the muhaddiths who lived before Bukhārī and Muslim; how much of the relevant narratives are marfu, how much is mawkuf, what students of Malik were narrated, what subjects they belong to are shown in the tables; thus, in particular, in Sahihain and Muwa？？a, in general, a dimension of the relationship between Sahihain and Malik's narratives was tried to be reveale
