Femoral hernias constitute 2-3% of all hernia types. It is four to five times more common in women than in men and has the highest incidence between 30 and 60 years of age. A 45-year-old female patient was admitted to the general surgery department with swelling in her left groin for 2 months. In the ultrasonographic examination of the case, tubular structure was observed in the hernia sac in the left inguinal region and the patient was operated with the diagnosis of femoral hernia. Isolated tuba uterina was found in femoral hernia sac during exploration there was no ischemic change reductaded were reduced into the abdomen. Femoral hernia was repaired by Lichtenstein's technique by inserting a Plug Mesh We think that the differential diagnosis of genital organs during hernia management in femoral hernias is important for the management of these hernias. Keep in mind genital organs in particular help prevent intraoperative complication
