Izmir Katip Celebi University School of Medicine Organization Chart and Optimizatio

It is aimed to establish the administrative, governance, academic and educational management schemes within the scope of the studies carried out as Izmir Katip Celebi University (IKCU) Faculty of Medicine and to determine the work flows according to these prepared organizational schemes. It has been determined that many units, boards and commissions are working within the faculty, but their relations with each other have not been defined. This disconnection can sometimes bring about the risks of duplicate work or lack of ownership. For this reason, the process of collacting existing information in order, making focus group meetings on the basis of the obtained data, forming organizational charts according to the focus group meeting results, and posting the dean after evaluating the generated charts fort he related team work flow have been carried out.
