Abstract: Web technologies and applications are growing rapidly. As a result, it is involved in every aspect of our lives. One of these areas is undoubtedly education. The use of Web 2.0 technologies in education and its integration into these environments is of great importance. With Web 2.0 applications, students are able to create, share and interact with their content in collaborative learning environments. The aim of this study is to analyze the effects of collaborative learning environments, academic success and reflective thinking skills for problem solving based on collaborative learning environments designed using Web 2.0 technologies in Information Technology and Software lesson at Bozkir Atatürk Secondary School. In the study, students are divided into two groups as experimental and control groups. The "Motivation Scale" developed by ?zerba? (2003) and "Reflective Thinking Skills Towards Problem Solving Scale" developed by K?z?lkaya and A?kar (2010), “Academic Success Test” developed by researcher and qualitative questions prepared by the researcher in order to determine their opinions towards Web 2.0 application are used. As a result of the research, the students who were in the experimental group were found to be more successful. When the motivations of the students were examined, a favorable result was obtained for the experimental group. When the reflective thinking skills for problem solving were examined, the post-test grades of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group
