A TREATISE THAT HAD BEEN WRITTEN WITH INFLUENCE OF ALI-SHIR NAWAI’S MAHBUB AL-QULUBKeywords: Ali-Shir Nawai,Mahbub al-Qulub,Uyghur Turks,Eastern Turkish,political treatise Abstract: In this study, firstly, a text written in Arabic alphabet found on pages 1b - 10a/3 of a manuscript registered under number 3402-II in the library in Uzbekistan Academy of Sciences Al-Biruni was translated, the first 7 pages of which was excerpted from various sections of Mahbub al- Qulub of Ali-Shir Nawai followed by a section of 3 pages consisting of questions and answers between Muhammad the Prophet and an Arab, and its facsimile was included at the end of the study. The content and sections of the text were described, and it was compared with Mahbub al-Qulub from various angles, which was studied by Karg?-?lmez. Subsequently, the study addressed the influence of Nawai and his ideas on the Uyghur Turks in the 18th and 19th centuries through the text that is believed to have been written in one of the important cultural centers of the region that were densely populated by Uyghur Turks, such as Kashgar, Yarkant and Hotan, and that greatly consists of excerpts from Mahbub al- Qulub of Ali-Shir Nawai
