For this purpose, 423 students who were studying in the Office Services and Secretarial Associate Degree programs in 2018-2019 academic year were selected by convenience sampling method. Quantitative method used for obtaining the data. “Parental Influences Attitude Scale” developed by Wong and Liu (2009) and “Individual Attitude Scale for Occupation” developed by üstüner (2006) were used as data collection tools. According to the findings, it was found that the family had an effect on the career intention. Individual attitudes towards the occupation have a strong influence on the career intention
