Analysis of Strategic and Local Spatial Data by Power Test in Noise Pollution, Case of ？zzetpa？a Elazig Province

Noise, like all other environmental impurities, should be taken seriously, taking the necessary measures and taking control. There are many sources of noise both indoors and outdoors. If the noise is not controlled, it will become a disturbing factor in every aspect of our daily life and it will be uncomfortable. This, in the long or short term, causes many health problems that are continuous or instantaneous. Noise maps play a major role in the control of noise. The creation of noise maps allows the determination of noise levels in the selected region, observing whether the permissible values are exceeded, and if the limit values are exceeded, how much a population is exposed to these high values, how much reduction should be achieved and what measures can be taken to ensure this reduction. In 2015 and 2016, the noise measurements performed by TüB？TAK Marmara Research Center (MAM) determined how much the noise sources of Elaz？？ province were affected. In this study, besides the actual results of the study conducted by TüB？TAK MAM, it is tried to investigate the idea of which city people are more affected by noise sources. A survey was conducted on the dates of the day in which the population was intensified at Gazi Caddesi, Governor Fahribey Street, ？ehit ？lhanlar Street, Government House, Teacher House Front and ？zzetpa？a Square. The number of survey study area population was considered to be around 12400. With Power analysis, 95% confidence and 5% acceptable error rate were determined according to the population living in the study area and according to the test confidence and power ratios, the number of people who had minimum number of population affected by the survey result were determined
