Zarifi Efendi and His Poet？c Work for Penmen: Risaletü’l-manzum Kavaidu Kur’ani’r-rüsum

The Islamic scholors who are aware of the wilt impressiveness and persistency and enable to comment the poetry, because of these reasans used the poet to train the public and tried to adopt to poetry the religious works written up as prasaic with the result of this effort. They exposed numerous works in many different forms about Islamic law particularly, Islamic history, both prophetic biography and doctrines. Turkish scholars and poemas who recognized these religious forms in Arabic and Persian literature wrote up poetical works through translation and parallel. There same poems brought out so many forms belonging to only Turkish literature like the tradition of poetical lexicography. In this study, the work wich is called “Risaletü’l-manzum Kavaidü Kur’ani’r-rüsum” is an example about this topic and is thought that is was created impressing by Arabic literature and indicated that was written for penmen and Zarifi Efendi who is the poem of it is going to be introduced and is going to be tried to determine the place of this work in the literature by being presented information about “resm-i Mushaf” creating the subject of the work
