In the research conducted by the qualitative research methods with case study method, it was studied with theses which were open to transportation in YOK National Thesis Center. In this context, it was determined that there were 37 theses in qualitative research design. With the method of document analysis, 25 theses which are open to transportation in YOK National Thesis Center were determined and the research was carried out with these theses. It was determined that 17 of the theses reached as a result of the study were master and 8 were doctoral thesis. It was found that most of the theses were conducted in Social Sciences Institute (n=17) and Social Work Department (n=6) in 2013 (n=4) and the most technically used interview technique (n=15) was used. It was determined that the most targeted teachers/managers, health professionals and the opinions of the children (n=8) were received in the theses. As a result, the results of the thesis, which is the most frequently used content in the thesis, are lacking in both the application and the information about the contract (n=10). Based on the results obtained, it can be suggested that the regulations on the rights of children should be renewed taking into account the social characteristics and the social awareness on the rights of children should be increased
