ORGANIZATIONAL INNOVATION SCALE: THE ADAPTATION STUDY

Innovation becomes a propellant power to sustainable growth and social welfare. In Turkeythe service sector is the sector in which most important innovations take part, and health is the most important one in service sector. The effort to reduce the health expenditures and the competition which takes place after privatization of health sector make innovation more important. The aim of this study is to introduce a scale to measure the adaptation to both individual and organizational innovation process. The organizational innovation scale was adapted by writer, and validity and reliability of scale was tested. Datas which were collected from 75 doctors and nurses at six university hospitals in Ankara, were analysed by SPSS 16.0 program.
