A Study on Good Governance and Soc?al Welfare for Turkey RelationsKeywords: ?yi Y?neti?im,Y?neti?im G?stergeleri,Refah Abstract: The last quarter of the 20th century is a time when public administration reforms have been implemented to make public administration more efficient and productive.In the same period, the concept of good governance / governance, which was used for the first time by the World Bank as a new approach in the field of management, emerged. The good governance / governance quality that an individual country possesses affects the management of the state and public institutions positively as well as positively affects the economic sphere. In this study, developed by the World Bank "governance indicators" with the relationship between social welfare, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) 's based on the Social Development Index and Human Development Index Turkey and the other five developing countries (China, India, Mexico, Brazil, Greece and Russia) will be analyzed and analyzed. On the one hand, the New Institutional Economics approach will be exploited from public administration theory on the other hand. The result of the study is that in general the creation and maintenance of Governance principles has increased social welfare both in economic and development terms
