From the Presidential System of Turkish Type Suggestion to the Party Presidential System

In this study, the discussions on the presidential system in Turkey were explaned about the agenda, the Presidential system, the Turkish Presidency system and the Partial Presidency system that the Justice and Development Party brought to the agenda for the first time. Within the framework of these issues; Turkish Type Presidency System and Partial Presidency System deal with the executive to make a quick and effective decision, the contribution of the system to democracy and which model is suitable for Turkey. Using comparative analysis of relevant government systems obtained finding that the Turkish Type of Presidency system contributed to Turkish democracy, a stable structure of the executive organ and a stronger legislative organ. In the result of the obtained data, the Turkish Type Presidency system was brought to the conclusion that the Turkish Type Presidency system would make a big contribution to Turkish democracy by bringing the proposal of the election of the legislative and executive bodies directly elected by the nation instead of members of the Supreme Court of Judges and Prosecutor
