Impacts all the emotional labor on burnout and intention top leave in the today’s organizations: A research on academiciansKeywords: Duygusal Emek,Tükenmi?lik,??ten Ayr?lma Niyeti,Duygusal Emek Boyutlar?,Akademisyenler Abstract: It is exhibited while communicating with emotional labor service areas known as the management of emotions in order to comply with the rules of emotional behavior. The way employees always behave as they need to work can lead to positive or negative consequences. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of emotional labor on burnout and intent to leave the work by revealing emotional labor behaviors. The sample of the research consists of 540 academicians working in foundation universities in Istanbul. According to the analysis of the study performed, it was concluded that in-depth emotional labor had a negative effect on burnout and intention to leave the work, and surface emotional labor had a positive effect on burnout and intent to leave work
