DETERMINATION AND ANALYSIS OF HEALTH SERVICE PERCEPTIONS BASED ON THE METAPHORICAL AND CLEAR MEANING ATTRIBUTED TO THE HOSPITAL PHENOMENON

The purpose of this study is to reveal the views of the healthcare professionals, patients and their relatives in the same hospital about the healthcare situation in terms of the meaning attributed to the hospital concept. The study area has been identified as hospitals within the borders of Bishkek. In this study, the collection of data was conducted by means of an interview from qualitative research tools. Participants were asked what the hospital was like, what it looked like, why it looked similar and how it worked, and the answers were recorded and texts were created. These texts were subjected to content analysis, and the obtained expressions were collected under expressive units according to the meaning unity. According to the results of the research, 22.6% of the participants have a positive perception about the hospital concept. The percentage of respondents who attributed negative connotations to the concept of hospital is 77.4%
