WEB PAPER BASED INVESTIGATION OF CUSTOMER FEEDBACKS BY INTERNETKeywords: Geribildirim,?nternet,??letme,Mü?teri Abstract: Production/service; can be defined as the creation of final products by bringing together elements such as machinery, people, raw materials to meet human needs. Therefore, it is important for the country's economy to navigate. The feedback of the production/service activities to the customers can be in the form of satisfaction, thanks and complaint. In this study, the feedback in the furniture sector which is a significant economic contribution to our country, is investigated in detail. A website that feedbacks were widely received, was used while researching. Depend on the feedbacks received from customers; the satisfaction level in last one year and all times, the rate of thank in last one month, one year and all times, the number of complaint in last one week, one month, one year and all times, and the sequence of company were investigated for the top 10 companies. The First ten businesses having too many complaints were investigated by grouping within the complaint number reason in the last week and month, and analyses were shared with related to businesses. This work will be an example fort the other businesses being service in furniture sector and draw a route for themselves in quality point for the conditions related to complaints
