Evaluation of the operational rights and security particles of function and retrospective white code applications (Sample of Konya)

Novadays, violence in health, happened in health instutions, are mentioned by media, is a big problem for security. Legal arrangements pay attention which are performed by Ministry of Health for decreasing and preventing the events and punishing the ones who carrying out these behaviours. This working was performed with retrospective examining of 68 white code declaration forms and recordings which are occured in a public hospital with 320 beds in 2012-2016. It was performed for calling attention the effectiveness and fertility of applications, goals that obtained as a result of them and suggestions for problems/solutions that faced in this application. The rate of verbal and physical violence events that workers come across in health institutions, the type of violence, personal and Professional features of ones who resort violence are evaluated.
