MODELS OF STATE REGULATION AND A COMBINATION OF PLAN AND MARKET IN A SMALL OPEN PERIPHERAL ECONOMY OF THE EURASIAN TYPE

The article discusses the role of the state in ensuring the functioning of a market economic system based on various conceptual approaches. The points of view of the authors participating in the discussion about the combination of the plan and the market in the process of state regulation of the economy, its goals, methods and degree of participation are given. The author’s interpretation of the concept of “state regulation” and a review of national models of state regulation, as well as the main characteristics of national models of the Eurasian economy, are given. Attention is focused on the Tajik version of the combination of a plan and a market in a small open economy
