INVESTIGATION OF TIME MANAGEMENT AND DECISION MAKING STYLES AMONG NATURE CLUBS MEMBERSKeywords: Do?a Sporlar?, Karar Verme, Zaman Y?netimi Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the time management and decision making styles of the members of the nature club. The sample of the study consists of 381 individuals who are members of the nature and sports clubs of ?zmir and Manisa. In this study, as data collection tools; "Time Management Questionnaire" developed by Britton and Tesser (1991), adapted from Turkish by Iscan (2008) and Melbourne Decision Making Scale developed by Mann et al. (1998), adapted from Turkish by Deniz (2004) were used. The t-test, One-way analysis of variance and Pearson's correlation analysis were used because the scale items showed normal distribution (in the Shapiro-Wilks test direction (p> 0,05) Significant differences were found according to the age and sex of the participants, but no significant differences were found according to the educational status. As a result; while free time management and decision making styles of participants are influenced by age and sex; was not affected by the educational status. It has also been found that there is no statistically relationship between free time management and decision making style
