DATA ENVELOPMENT ANALYSIS FOR MEASURING THE EFFICIENCY OF SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN TURKEY

Considering that the subject of education is one of the most important area in our country, the question is how much Turkey's government invest in it’s states for secondary school student education? And which benefits were given to them? From their education investments in those provinces has created the exit point of the study. In this study, the efficiencies of secondary school examined due to conditions of cities. The efficiencies are analyzed according to the provinces. Foreach province, the number of schools in the middle school level, number of students, branches and classes, number of books, number of libraries used as input variable. High School Transition System Center Exam Score average output variable has been created. Data is analyzed using CRS and VRS models
