？iraliyev’s "Bak？ Dialect" Book and Terms Used in Azerbaijan Dialect Research

This article is to evaluate the work "Baku Dialectic", a publication of Nesimi Dil？ilik Institute, as a product of oral studies initiated by the Soviet Union Administration's "Revealing and Learning Society of Azerbaijan" Dialectology studies conducted outside of Turkey was prepared to introduce terminological resources in the outline. Following the Soviet Revolution, the Azerbaijan Academy of Science Branch is established in accordance with the "Association and Learning Society of Azerbaijan". In 1945 the Academy of Sciences and a Language Institute were opened in it. In 1951, the Language Institute merges with the Institute of Literature; Since 1969, its activities continue with the name Nesimi Dilcilik Institute. In the 1940s, M.Shiraliyev was brought to the Dil？ilik Institute by H. A？marin and B. Cobanzade. The Department of Dialectology, which is chaired by Shiriliyev, is responsible for the creation of a new vision within the Soviets through studies conducted by the Azerbaijani dialects. The comparison of the Azerbaijani Turkic peoples within the Soviet Union occurs for the first time under the leadership of M. Shiraliyev. The main topic of the review is the Baku Dialectic work of ？iraliyev, who actively participated in the dictionaries, oral skip, text compilations and grammar writing.
