TEACHER TRAINING USING TECHNOLOGY IN EDUCATION: A CASE STUDYKeywords: E?itimde teknolojileri kullan?m?,??retmen e?itimi Abstract: This research is a case study of qualitative studies carried out in a school chain on the level of teachers' satisfaction with technology education offered as in-service training to teachers, how they integrate what they get from the training and what they get at the end of the class. In this research, teachers are asked about what they think about education and what they need to reflect in class when they are trained in technology. This research examines in depth the opinions of the teachers about the technology education offered as in-service training to teachers, how they can integrate what they get from the training and what they get at the end of the class. In the summer term of the 2015-2016 academic year, the teachers who constitute the working group constitute teachers in classroom teaching, turkish language, mathematics, social sciences, science sciences which have received in- field technology education. The sample teachers are 610 persons and there are 539 female and 71 male participants. In this study, the questionnaire distributed at the end of the 2015-2016 technology use teacher training in a special chain school was analyzed. In this study, "MaxQDA 12" qualitative research program was used to analyze the questionnaire data consisting of open ended questions. The data obtained as a result of the study; satisfaction, requirements for technology use and new learners, and the demographic information of the participants was analyzed. Education is generally satisfied, most learned are Microsoft applications, and technical infrastructure is very important for teachers to use what they have learned in class.
