According to employee and patient point of view; factors affecting quality of physical therapy applications and patient safety

With this research, it is aimed to determine how Patient Safety is perceived and applied in the Physical Therapy Department of a Training and Research Hospital in terms of both patient and patient relatives who are served. Two separate questionnaires were prepared for the treatment of Patient Safety with two-sided viewpoint, and the employees at various levels working in the Physical Therapy Department were treated with distant and inpatient illnesses. 107 responded to the patient / patient relatives, and 30 individuals responded to the questions as the health practitioner. As a result of the research, open areas for improvement of patient safety in physical therapy applications have been identified and recommendations have been made
