Determination of Some Physical and Chemical Properties of Research Area Soils of Bolu Abant ？zzet Baysal University

In this this study ？t was aimed that to determine some physical and chemical properties and nutrient contents of Research and Trial Fields soils of Bolu Abant ？zzet Baysal University. According to the results, 30 soil samples taken from two depths in the research area it was determined that a large part of the soil texture has a loamy, the pH changed between slightly acidic and slightly alkaline, and generally it was unsalted, between very little calcareous and very calcareous. Organic matter content was determined to be moderate and adequate especially in surface soil samples. Available phosphorus and potassium contents of soils were in high level. Available zinc contents were found as unadequate while the other micronutrient contents were in adequate and high levels
