Neonicotinoid pesticide applications outcomes; contaminate honey and honey beesKeywords: Pestisitler,g?da güvenli?i,biyo?e?itlilik Abstract: In this paper we aimed to, within the context of Neonicotinoids' interaction with the natural world, draw attention to the negative effects of neonicotinois pesticides on ecological sustainability, human health and food safety. Today, the reliability of neonicotinoid insecticides is a controversial issue due to neonicotinoid residues found on bees and apicultural products, excessive amounts of residues detected in soil, underground waters, and weeds, its long half-life, and its further negative effects on bees, birds, and other pollinators. The effects on honey bees and pollinators will have a negative impact on ecological sustainability, food range, and adequate production, and thus, global human health as a whole. As a conclusion, three types of this neonicotinoid group have been prohibited in EU countries and complete prohibition has long been discussed. A similar prohibition has also been discussed in the USA. There are currently no restrictions on neonicotinoid use in Turkey. That is why investigations into neonicotinoids effects on human health, bee and bees products are vital for the legal regulation of the pesticides in our country
