THE EFFECTS OF ETHICAL CLIMATE ON JOB SATISFACTION AND JOB ALIENATIONKeywords: Etik iklim,?? tatmini,??e yabanc?la?ma Abstract: This study investigates the effects of employees’ perceived ethical climate on their job alienation and job satisfaction levels in healthcare organizations. By using ethical climate, job alienation, and job satisfaction as variables, this study contributes to the field. Data collection was completed by distributing surveys to 160 healthcare professionals and 150 of these surveys were collected. The number of surveys included in the analysis is 143. The data were analyzed by completing a structural equation model. There were no significant effects of perceived ethical climate on employees’ job alienation levels. However, a positive and significant effect of ethical climate on job satisfaction was found. Additionally, a negative and significant effect of job satisfaction on job alienation was foun
