AN EVALUATION ON THE HEALTH TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM

Health policies implemented in Turkey are often compliance with health policies that have been implemented since 1980s with the support of international institutions and have created structural transformations in the health system of many countries in the World. The most comprehensive reforms in the health policies implemented in Turkey were carried out by the health transformation program implemented in 2003.In this study; a descriptive evaluation of the arrangements and practices realized within the framework of the health transformation program was made using the written sources and statistical data. In the study, it is concluded that Health Transformation Program is a requirement as a result of globalization and has been accepted positively in society in general
