PROF. DR. Muharrem Ergin, Terekeme or Karapapak Turks born in Ah?ska Region. Muharrem Ergin, who also worked as a teacher in Turkish for a short period, started to refer to him as an assistant of Re?it Rahmati Arat in 1969 at Istanbul University. Muharrem Ergin, a doctoral thesis on Dede Korkut Epics, became an associate professor in 1962. Muharrem Ergin became the chairman of the Old Turkish Language Club in 1964 upon the death of his teacher Re?it Rahmati Arat. Muharrem Ergin became a professor in 1971. Muharrem Ergin, who also served as the Head of the Turkish Language Department between 1986-1990, retired from the age limit in 1990. Muharrem Ergin'in is the only doctoral student to be educated Osman Fikri Sertkaya. Muharrem Ergin, who received an honorary doctorate certificate from Azerbaijan Academy of Sciences in 1991, passed away in 1995. Muharrem Ergin, not only by Turcologist identity, a poet, a thinker and ideas relevant to Turkey's problem as a man of books and articles have been published. Muharrem Ergin, who writes in many newspapers and magazines, has made important contributions to Turkish culture and history. Muharrem Ergin, who received many books and articles related to Turkish language, provided important contributions to Turkish language at this point. The prints of the Turkish Language Information Book, especially written for university students, are still in progress. Also, the authors Orhun Abideleri, Dede Korkut and Azeri Türk?esi have reached important numbers in terms of print numbers. In our work we will focus on the life, literary personality, works related to Turkish language and the services that Turkish language has provided for Muharrem Ergin, who has signed the works that make the Turkish language the world language with the services he has done to the Turkish language
