Private Hospital Administrators’ Opinions Towards Lean Management; Ankara Province ExampleKeywords: Sa?l?k hizmetleri kalitesi,Sa?l?k hizmetleri y?netimi,Verimlilik,Y?netim Abstract: Aim: This research was carried out in order to reveal the opinions of the private hospital administrators in Ankara on lean management, waste and mistakes. Method: In the first part of the research, lean health management was mentioned by emphasizing the concept of lean management, In the second part, the opinions of hospital managers were analyzed. A questionnaire was used as the data collection method in the study and a total of 189 participants were interviewed face to face in 17 hospitals. Frequency analysis of the obtained data has revealed the frequency of occurrence of the related proposals. Participants were told that they could mark more than one option in answering survey questions. Results: The results of the analysis showed that the employees were separated to go to other hospitals, the employees had to take responsibility for others and had their work done, the fact that the wrong procedures were not the most common problems in the hospitals, than more waiting, unnecessary human movement, and human-generated waste, a philosophy of just management aimed at increasing productivity and lifting wastes from the middle, and being perceived as a continuous improvement activity, more efficient use of simple time, growth of productivity and productivity, benefit from continuous improvement and that the biggest obstacle in front of the lean is lack of information and motivation, resistance to change and lack of support from senior management. Conclusions: It has been stated that the problems experienced in hospitals as a result of the work can be overcome in the face of lean management practices in front of wastes and it is stated that the more adoption of leaning will be made by removing the barriers in front of the employees by arranging trainings for employees and being more active in the processes of senior management. It should be known that the support of top management is a critical success factor in becoming a simple culture. It would be more effective if the lean management practices were to be implemented more easily in open and upper management supported organizations, the employees were qualified in lean management, the awareness level was high and interoperability culturally developed, organizations would be able to organize trainings to enhance lean management perceptions, It is suggested that they can make plans
