Mathematical Texts Written By Bookkeepers in the Traditional Period of Ottomans

This study aims to investigate mathematical texts written by Ottoman bookkeepers in the traditional period of Ottomans regarding subjects and problems about state accounting. Prominent texts which belongs to this period are handled in detail for each of them and their contents are determined. Defining titles of the texts with their sheet numbers, it is revealed to what extent they are involved in the whole of the texts. Because of the information and problems about daily life or commercial transactions contained in, these text are quite precious and they have always been referance sources when it is need to identify systematical contributions and levels of bookkeepers about mathematics and accounting
