Problems about Employment Areas in Tourist Guidance

Purpose and Importance: The aim of this study is to provide an overview of the problems experienced in the field of employment of the tourist guide. Identify problems related to the employment areas of tourist guides and develop solutions; therefore, it is important to have a positive impact on the tourist viewpoints of the tourist guides and to contribute to the tourism of the country. Methodology: In this study, which is based on the theoretical and practical studies carried out on the subject and the information obtained within the scope of current practices and based on the observations of the authors in the tourism sector and in the field, it is aimed to take the steps to take the steps to eliminate the problems. Findings: Within the context of the literature review, the problems experienced by the tourist guides were presented in the context of employment areas and the importance of the subject of tourist guides and employment areas was emphasized. Then, the problems that the tourist guides experienced or experienced related to their employment areas were expressed and solutions were proposed. Originality/Value: The number of studies related to the subject and the small number of these studies are usually in the education of tourist guides and so on problems. In this context, it can be said that this study, in which the tourist guides' problems related to employment areas are evaluated in general, is original.
