Y?netimi,Turizm,Konaklama ??letmeleri,Regresyon Analizi Abstract: Enterprise resource planning (ERP) combines the information in all business units and geographically distant but interconnected units under one roof. ERP provides great benefits to business by facilitating communication between units. In this way, managers are able to access the right information more easily at the right time. In this study, the effects of enterprise resource planning on human resources management (HRM) are investigated. In this context the definition, the importance, the reasons of use of enterprise resource planning, the functions of human resources management, and the effects of enterprise resource planning on human resources management are explained in the study. The study is conducted on the hotel enterprises operating in the Antalya region. The study consists of a sample of 221 managers. In conclusion, it is revealed that ERP is a significant predictor of HRM and ERP explained 57% of the change in HRM
