DUTIES AND AUTHORITIES ON THE SUBJECT OF RENEWABLE ENERGY RESOURCES ACCORDING TO THE NEW REGULATIONS IN ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION

Turkish administrative organization has been changed significantly by shifting presidential government system. New administrative bodies has been established in the administrative organization. Duties and authorities are given to these new administrative bodies in many kind of differen subjects. Unfortunately there is not any administrative body that has been assigned directly for renewable energy subject, or even in energy subject. Also in the new system, there is a change in the subject of administrative bodies related with renewable energy. Lack of dutires and authorities of administrative institutions in the central administration will cause undevelopment of generation and consumption of renewable energy. Renewable energy sources have a great importance for our future. It is a need for us that, an institution must be set up in the central administration directly related with the administration of renewable energy sources
