Abstract:

In this research, it is aimed to investigate the effect of increasing doses of farmyard manure application on plant nutrient concentration of celery roots (celeriac) and leaves. For this purpose, celery was growth with 3 doses (2-4 and 6 ton da-1) in addition to control in a field experiment. Experiment was conducted as randomized parcel experimental design with 3 replications in 6.25 m2 (2.5x2.5 m) parcels during 2 years. As a result of this study; leaf N concentration (%) was determined between 1.37-1.93 and 0.96-1.40; P was determined between 0.94-1.56 and 0.87-1.32; K was determined between 7.40-8.98 and 8.03-8.80; Ca was determined between 0.40-0.44 and 0.66-0.87; Mg was determined between 0.42-0.48 and 0.37-0.42 in 1st and 2nd years respectively. As for micro elements in 1st and 2nd years respectively, Fe concentration (mg kg-1) was determined between 60.45-71.20 and 60.10-80.57; Zn was determined between 42.10-54.57 and 41.48-46.46, Cu was determined between 14.80-15.74 and 15.40-18.25; Mn was determined between 24.22-28.11 and 22.84-30.23. The root N concentration (%) was determined between 1.78-2.17 and 1.45-2.08; P was determined between 0,50-0,70 and 0.47-0.70; K was determined between 7.91-8.44 and 5.36-7.78; Ca was determined between 2.64-3.87 and 3.53-5.37; Mg was determined between 0.48-0.58 and 0.51-0.73 in 1st and 2nd years respectively. In addition micro element concentration (mg kg-1) determinations for 1st and 2nd years respectively can be summarized in Fe between 121.54-143.60 and 140.08-154.64; in Cu between 8.79-10.03 and 9.65-11.10, in Zn between 45.52-65.58 and 71.45-74.30, in Mn between 76.28-82.64 and 67.37-74.80
