Perception of Employees Related to Managerial Efficiency in Public Organizations: An Application

Today's society is expressed as the society of organizations. Organizations are the institutions that are essential for individuals to live a more comfortable and functional life. Technology and globalization requires organizations to be dealt with from different perspectives. The relationship between human and society develops in different dimensions through organizations. Therefore, organizational structure, organizational elements and the characteristics of the members of the organization are great importance for the accomplish of the mission. The level of achieving the objectives determined in this context is evaluated as managerial efficiency. Themes related to managerial activities are the areas where the members of the organization interact in the first degree. The aim of this study is to determine the perceptions of employees about the concepts and practices related to managerial activity in public organizations. In this context, the relationship of business commitment, organizational effectiveness, governance practices and related performance dimensions related to managerial effectiveness with demographic variables were analyzed
