Alternative medicine, also defined as integrative or complementary medicine, is a term that describes the medical procedures used instead of convational treatments. Instead of symptomatic treatment of diseases, in alternative treatment the body is handled as a whole and treated by stimulating the problematic system. In this review, acupuncture, phytotherapy and homeopathy applications which are commonly used alternative treatment methods for many years in the field of veterinary obstetrics and gynecology have been investigated
