A General Assessment on Reflection of Inferno Phenomenon in the Glorious Qur'an on the Collected Works of Hermeneutics

In this paper, the approach of hermeneutics acquis to the phenomenon of inferno will be examined. Inferno, being abstract, narrated in the verses via arts of hypostatization, metaphor, etc.; every now and then, it is identified via art of personification and induced to speak by attributing life to it. Although inferno encompasses great amount of space in Islamic cultural history, in the paper, it will be limited to the collection of hermeneutics. Literature of hermeneutics being tremendous, the impossibility of handling each interpretation yields another limitation. For this reason, the works that are flourished in their fields will be investigated; literature belonging to second classical period, as we might call, will rather be preferred since it brings together the terminology and material up to its time. The reason of writing such a paper is to reflect how inferno, which is portrayed in minds with sui generis lacony in the verses, is handled by hermeneutical; how these hermeneutical's pedagogical and cultural anthropological understandings reflect to the interpretation of the verses. Forasmuch, for comprehension in cognitive level of eschatological world, which possibly involves ontological difference compared to this world, the necessity of hermeneutical's depiction and description cannot be denied. As to the importance of the study, with the effect of modern discourse and paradigm, rather than to judge or ignore the classical hermeneuticals, to draw attention to the necessity of gravitating towards enriching the perspective with their transmissions
