The Naming of the Asylum Realty in the Qur'an in the Context of the Construction and Protection of the Human Personality

Throughout history, as in many other concepts, the phenomenon of asylum and refuge has been expressed with different concepts that come up with a content that corresponds to the paradigm they belong to in the East and the West. It can be said that the approach of the Qur'an to the phenomenon of asylum and the presentation of this reality has goals far beyond reflecting the Prophet, his companions and their society and introducing them to the next generations. Hence, the Quranic concept differs from concepts such as al-aman and al-jiwar where the hijrah share the same age and culture. The Qur'an words in the mysterious worlds that arise with an orientation, when we look at the concept of asylum and refuge in terms of the concepts of the Qur'an and the content that can be obtained with the contributions of the ilmi furuq and the holistic view of the Qur'anic concepts, it is seen that the construction of this concept in the Qur'an has the content to ensure the construction and continuation of the civilization and the sample Muslim. In the researches, it is seen that the concepts of asylum and refuge in the West today and their equivalents in the Qur'an have different areas of meaning than the hijrah that emerge as a Quranic concept. It is noteworthy that, among these differences, all other concepts express a negative meaning in terms of human personality and that hijrah carries a positive and glorifying meaning. In addition, the fact that there is no consensus on the content of the concepts currently in use necessitates the emergence of the phenomenological solution proposed by the Qur'an in this regard. In this study, the concepts and contents of the Qur'an, which are used to meet the phenomenon of asylum, will be determined. Then, in the context of the Qur'an, in which the Qur'an uses the phenomenon of asylum in general, it will be tried to be shown in the Qur'an through ？-？？-？ word root and synonym. The validity and applicability of the phenomenon of asylum in terms of the protection of the personality of a Muslim will be revealed by the practices of the Companions, especially the Prophet and finally, the issue of hijrah will be touched upon as a concept.
