Experimental and Statistical Investigation of Production of Polyethylene + Eva Mixture Material with Plastic Injection Machine at Different ParametersKeywords: Taguchi Metot,Anova,Enjeksiyon Makinesi Abstract: In this study, production of Polyethylene + Eva mixture material which exists in the air conditioning system of a famous automobile brand was realized with a plastic injection machine. The parameters used in the experiments were designed with the Taguchi L27 array to minimize the product cost. Data was examined statistically and the effect of parameters on the product surface quality and weight were investigated. The parameters used in the experiments are: Injection Pressure (30-60-90 Bar), Injection Speed (30-60-90 cm^3/s), Ironing Press (40-60-80 Bar), Ironing Speed (40-60-80 cm^3/s) and the screw rotation speed (50-60-70 cm^3/s). As a result of the study, it was determined that when the response tables were examined, A1B2C1D1E1 was the most effective parameter for the weight values of the products and when the ANOVA results were examined, the most effective parameter was Injection Pressure (32.18%) and the lowest effective parameter was the screw stroke rate (1.31%)
