Evaluation of Child Development

Abstract Developmental-behavioral problems are the most common conditions of newbornand childhood. Assesment of these conditions as soon as possible in early childhood is the mainstay of behaviour and therapy. Parents and clinicians must be awareof these conditions. Prevention, diagnosis and treatment of developmental disordersin childhood and the role of pediatricians are outlined
