Turkish Education in Afghanistan

Language is a national identity of a society, also an important tool for material and spiritual exchange between nations. This study, in the first stage, has focused briefly on educational and cultural relations of Turkey and Afghanistan in the context of political history. Then, it has concentrated on Turkology or Turkish language education, explained the establishment of Turkish institutions, and discussed the implemented Turkish government’s language policies and its supporing language programs in Afghanistan
