INVESTIGATION OF RESILIENCE ACCORDING TO THE VARIOUS VARIABLES OF TEACHER CANDIDATES

The aim of this researchis to investigate the resilience of teacher candidates according to variousvariables. The investigation has been applied to 500 university student studying in various departments of a stateuniversity in Central Anatolia. This study group consisted of 447 university students. Participants of in this studythat are 275 (%61.50) female and 172 (%38.50) male. Research model is descriptive scanning model. ResilienceScale and Risk Factors Determination List are used as data collection tools.ttest and one way variance analysisare used to analyze the data.The result of t test, resilience doesn’t differ according to gender, perceived familyand friend support. On the other side there is a significant difference from the existence variable of a particularhuman being. The resultsof one way variance analysis, there is no significant relationship between resilienceand number of siblings, perceived level of family income, parents growing attitude
