A Case Report Diagnosed Chronic Renal Failure InFamily Medicine Polyclinic

Abstract Chronic renal failure; Since there is a decrease in glomerular filtration rate, it can not regulate fluid and electrolyte balance and can be defined as chronicprogressive lossof function in endocrine functions. In our case, we presented a patient who was admitted to our Family Medicine Outpatient Clinic with complaints of nausea and was diagnosed as having chronic renal failure
