Ibn S？na

Ibn S？na is a Muslim philosopher who made many works in various fields such as logic, mathematics, medicine, astronomy and physics. He examined the Greek philosophical tradition in detail and critically and presented original ideas by combining the data he obtained with Islamic thought. Ibn S？na influenced some Muslim philosophers, including those who opposed him, such as Ghazāli and Ibn Rushd. He was also influenced by some Western philosophers, especially those who lived between the mid-twelfth and late thirteenth centuries
