The purpose of this study is to determine the level of learned resourcefulness in hotel businesses and whether learned resourcefulness levels of the hotel employees varied according to the demographic variables. In this study, the scale of “Learned Resourcefulness Schedule” previously developed by Rosenbaum was used. Data were collected from the 360 employees of four- and five-star hotel businesses in Cappadocia through questionnaires. The t-test and ANOVA were used in data analysis. At the end of the study, it was observed that the level of learned resourcefulness of the hotel employees was medium level and the learned resourcefulness levels of the hotel employees did not change according to the demographic characteristic
