A Research On Identifying The Relation Between Organizational Trust And Cyberloafing Behaviours

The aim of this study to bring to light the relationship between cyberslacking and organizational trust. With this aim, “Cyberslacking” and “Organizational Trust” scales have been applied 103 municipal employee in Band？rma in Bal？kesir. As a result of correlation analysis, a negative but not significant relationship among cyberslacking and organizational trust has been detected. According to regression analyze, a negative and significant relationship among cyberslacking and trust in business which is sub-dimension of organizational trust has been detected. In this study, we have tried to determine whether organizational trust effect on cyberslacking which causing damages at the companies or not.
