Sustainable Tourism Awareness of Seyitgazi Stakeholders

Seyitgazi is a district of Eski？ehir province with very rich historical and cultural heritage. Although the district has a considerable tourism potential thanks to its cultural heritage and pieces, it can be said that it is not at the place it deserves in the tourism market. Especially The Phrygian Valley, in the district boundaries, will have a major role in the development of Eskisehir and this region. Because the number of historical monuments in the city center of Eski？ehir is very limited. It is thought to negatively affect the length of stay in the city. Purpose of this study is to determine the sustainable tourism awareness of the Seyitgazi stakeholders. In this qualitative study, data were obtained from with in-depth interviews. In-depth interviews were conducted with the stakeholders of the Seyitgazi district. The obtained data were analyzed and evaluated with the MAXQDA 12. The results of the research showed that the stakeholders of Seyitgazi have high awareness of sustainable tourism
