A THEORETICAL REVIEW ON THE IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN CAPITAL IN TURKEY ITS RELATIONSHIP W？TH ECONOMIC GROWTH AND ITS SOCIAL DIMENSION

In this study, the importance of human capital, which is one of the basic elements of economic growth, is put forward. The economic development and sustainable growth of developing economies are particularly dependent on the development of human capital. At the same time, the development of human capital investments is directly related to the improvement of education, health, population, economic income and life. The study also concepts such as the importance of human capital as a form of health-education population in Turkey and emphasized issues related to these concepts are supported with quantitative data. Addressing the human development index mutual relations based on the concept of human capital in terms of deve-lopment and operation of Turkey constitutes another important dimension. Purpose of the study; the importance of the concept of human capital and its relationship with economic growth, the importance of using information and technology in the development of global and national economy, to increase productivity, to create a qualified and qualified workforce, to provide a stable economic growth, to gain competitive advantage in the world markets and have a say to emphasize the importance of human capital. As a result, it can be said that when the importance given to human capital increases, eco-nomic growth can be realized in a healthier and more qualitative way
