MULTIDISCIPLINARY APPROACH TO CYBERSPACE AND CYBERSECURITY

Especially in the post-Cold War period, the concept of "threat" became more important than the concept of the enemy. Contrary to the previous periods, the concept of classical "enemy" has lost its effectiveness in large scale and the approach to combat threat definitions and threats has come to the forefront in terms of security. As a result of these events; international terrorism, organized crime organizations, cyber attacks, the spread of conventional and weapons of mass destruction, environmental threats and mass migration; threatened national and international security threats.
