Turkey Assessment Framework for International Approaches to Electronic Archive

A policy statement in which all the steps and documents produced in the business and transaction processes of the state-owned institutions and organizations, from the production stage to the final residence of state archives, and from the state archives to the preservation and use of the records, must be a mandatory rule for every country. In many countries, these policy texts are applied in different forms and with different content.
