One Of The Rare Reasons Of Abdominal Pain: Chilaiditi Syndrome, Report Of Two CasesKeywords: Chilaiditi sendromu,akut bat?n,pn?moperitoneum Abstract: Chilaiditi syndrome is a rare condition caused by interposing of colon or small bowel between right diaphragm and liver. It is usually a disease with recurrent abdominal pain, respiratory distress, constipation and vomiting or incidentally determined. Typical appearance that can be confused with pneumoperitoneum on chest X-ray or standing abdominal X-ray creates difficulties in diagnosis for physicians in emergency departments. In this article, we aimed to present two cases diagnosed as Chilaiditi syndrome. The first was a patient referred from the external center with a prediagnosis of acute abdomen the other was a case of trauma that we caught incidentally
